Investigators report that Richardson, of Tingley, was traveling eastbound in a 2005 Ford Explorer when he approached the intersection. Preliminary findings indicate he failed to stop at a posted stop sign and entered the path of a southbound 2020 Volvo driven by Ricky Stewart.
